This role is designed for an experienced professional who can not only execute complex production activities but also provide technical guidance, ensure stringent compliance, and support the team lead in achieving production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in pharmaceutical unit operations and a proven track record of problem-solving and adherence to quality systems.---🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute manufacturing processes (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Filling, Lyophilization, Packaging) efficiently.Provide on-floor guidance, supervise, and train officers & operators.Review and verify GMP documentation (BMR, Logbooks, etc.).Troubleshoot equipment/process issues, manage deviations, support CAPA.Act as SME during regulatory, client, and corporate audits.Drive continuous improvement for productivity, yield & efficiency.Enforce safety, hygiene, and good housekeeping (5S).Coordinate effectively with QA, QC, Engineering & Warehouse teams.---🔹 Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Sc.
