Postgraduate- Post Graduate Degree Human Resource Management

Relevant Experience: 4 – 7 Years

Technical Skills / Knowledge

Workday or any HRIS
MS Office
Any payroll software

DL hiringUpkeep hiring and employee lifecycle in Workdayinternal and customer audit management including documentationManage employee personal dossiersConsolidation & Reviewing of Payroll InputManaging Payroll & Statutory ComplianceGenerate variance and analyze, present for review and corrective actionsF&F processing and query handlingAddressing employee grievances in the areas of payroll and onboardingLiaising with government offices, (PF, PT & ESIC, LWF)

Competencies

Proficiency in Written and Verbal Communication in English and Marathi
MS Excel knowledge
Grasp of Labour Laws applicable to manufacturing and business establishments
Awareness of HR processes
Integrity

Preferred: Min 3 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing organization
