Position Overview

Senior Officer – HR

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

Understanding manpower requirements from various departments.
Posting job vacancies and managing hiring portals.
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting profiles from multiple platforms.
Conducting HR interviews and coordinating technical rounds.
Performing reference checks and managing candidate databases.
Coordinating offer rollouts and ensuring timely closure of positions.
Maintaining recruitment MIS, trackers, and weekly hiring reports.

2. HR Operations

Preparing and issuing Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
Maintaining employee files, HR documentation, and digital records.
Supporting employee engagement activities and HR administrative tasks.
Assisting in office administration tasks like stationery, maintenance follow-up, event coordination, etc.

3. Coordination & Employee Support

Coordinating with HR & admin vendors.
Handling day-to-day employee queries and basic grievance resolution.
Supporting internal communication and coordinating employee activities.

Key Skills & Competencies Required

Strong sourcing and hiring expertise
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Good documentation & coordination skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
