Job Title: E-commerce Executive Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad Industry: Personal Care / Skin Care Experience: 1-4 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage the companys presence across online marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving online sales, managing platform relationships, and executing digital campaigns with a strong understanding of the personal care/skin care domain. Key Responsibilities: Manage operations across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Foxy, Maccaron, and the companys own D2C website Handle cataloguing, pricing, content optimization, and product visibility Plan and execute online campaigns, promotional offers, and seasonal sales in coordination with the marketing team Monitor stock levels, coordinate with supply chain for replenishment, and ensure smooth order fulfilment. Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform account managers Analyze platform data and performance metrics to optimize sales and ROI Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through data insights Work with design/content teams to ensure brand-consistent creative across all platforms
