Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
Oversee order processing from receipt to fulfillment, including dispatch and shipment management.
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers through effective logistics coordination.
Handle returns management and resolve customer queries related to orders.
Perform daily reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking.
Day to Day RTO managment punching in easyecom system.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in ecommerce industry with expertise in order fulfillment and logistics.
Strong understanding of RTO (Return To Origin) process and its management.
Proficiency in using various ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc. .
Excellent communication skills for handling customer queries effectively.
