Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces. Oversee order processing from receipt to fulfillment, including dispatch and shipment management. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers through effective logistics coordination. Handle returns management and resolve customer queries related to orders. Perform daily reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking. Day to Day RTO managment punching in easyecom system. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in ecommerce industry with expertise in order fulfillment and logistics. Strong understanding of RTO (Return To Origin) process and its management. Proficiency in using various ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc. . Excellent communication skills for handling customer queries effectively.
The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, finalization of accounts, compliance, and financial reporting. Role & responsibilities : Managing daily accounting operations and maintaining financial records Processing invoices, payments, and receipts accurately Handling GST returns, TDS compliance, and other tax-related requirements Working with Tally and ERP systems to track financial data Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports Coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams on account matters Supporting audit processes and maintaining proper documentation Ensuring all statutory compliances are met on time Assisting with budget planning and expense tracking Preferred candidate profile : Experience in handling high-volume transactions.
