Senior Officer, Branch Relationship Officer, Consumer Banking Group

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager at DBS Consumer Banking Group, your primary goal is to deliver exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with DBS clients with assets under management (AUM) exceeding INR 1 million. You will be responsible for deepening client relationships, ensuring client coverage, and promoting the cross-selling and up-selling of DBS products and services to meet the financial needs and aspirations of the clients at different life stages. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and upgrade quality clients in the branch location areas to the Treasures segment. - Engage with existing customers to increase wallet share through the retention and growth of AUM. - Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives as per the agreed targets. - Activate e-Channels (I-Banking / M-Banking/ Online MF/Debit Card) and drive Savings Book growth. - Implement and execute product strategies effectively through relationship management. - Develop client trust and loyalty by offering lifestyle and beyond banking propositions. - Optimize product mix and acquire new-to-product clients to enhance customer profitability. - Provide exemplary customer service in the local market while upholding DBS service standards. - Ensure internal and regulatory compliance by following DBS sales processes and conducting timely risk reviews. - Deliver exceptional service to clients by establishing appropriate workflows, including doorstep banking services. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed bank with a strong understanding of banking products. - In-depth knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape. - Candidates with AMFI, IRDAI, FEDAI certification, and BCSBI certification will be preferred. - Graduate (10+2+3) degree is required for this role.,
