  • Responsible for Hiring the Sales Executives, Product Training and Motivating the Sales staff in generating business
  • Prepare monthly working plan for sales teams , review weekly, monthly plan for DST /Branch .
  • Manage Incremental Portfolio for Gold Loan for Branch
  • Responsible for Sale Executive Productivity. The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective.
  • Responsible for creating a robust business model strong sales team for generating top line as well as bottom line growth YOY

  • Ensuring policy adherence and meeting compliance requirement
  • Work closely with the branch Staff/ DST to drive gold loan customers for fulfilment
  • profitability and employee development. Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
  • implementation of promotional plans contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
  • Recruiting and retaining high performers. KHcy; Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation engagement to drive results high levels of employee satisfaction
Required Experience
Five to ten years of experience as Gold Loan sales in Bank/NBFC
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Professional qualification, graduate or post-graduate degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing along with relevant experience.
Core Competencies
  • Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability
  • Strong bias for action driving results in a high-performance environment
  • Good knowledge of industries/sectors, People Relationship Management skills.
Technical Competencies
  • Sound knowledge of Gold Loan Industry policies/practices.is a must.
  • Good knowledge of
  • Have an established local network in the Indian Banking market.
  • Identifying the need of sales training, analysing changing market trends, channel deployment
  • Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance.
  • People Relationship Management skills.
  • Knowledge of multi market Gold Loan sales especially South is essential
