Senior - O and G - Downstream - TD

As an Oil and Gas Downstream/Chemicals Consultant at EY, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and experience in the Energy industry towards growing Business and Technology Consulting services for Oil & Gas and Renewables sector globally. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with global Oil & Gas leaders, developing deep knowledge of the market trends, and leading projects in close collaboration with senior leadership across the globe. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with global Oil & Gas leaders and internal consulting teams with high-intensity collaboration. - Track and develop deep knowledge on the Oil and Gas and Energy market and trends. - Develop capabilities/offerings relevant to the firm's initiatives and client needs; expand team services and offerings globally. - Independently lead and deliver projects in collaboration with senior leadership; guide junior team members in Energy projects. - Drive growth of individual Oil & Gas accounts and identify proactive opportunities. - Strategic planning, periodic reviews, and executing a roadmap for sector engagements. - Drive business development activities such as proposals. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate / BE - B. Tech / preferably in Energy/Petroleum related field. - MBA or a relevant Management Degree / Diploma (added advantage). - Deep domain expertise in Oil and Gas, Chemicals, and Downstream business. - Experience in downstream (refinery) operations and technical/engineering services. - Experience in digital transformation and strategy. - Education in chemical engineering with 10+ years of experience. - Strong understanding of the business value-chain and operations in renewables. - Client interaction, stakeholder management, and business/technology consulting experience. - Excellent business communication and presentation skills. - Innovative mindset for new solutions and collaboration ideas.
