Senior Network Operations Engineer

Experience: 8+ years

Location: PAN India (Hybrid)

Required Skills:

LAN/WAN and SD-WAN

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Cisco CCNP/CCIE Routing and Switching certification is desirable
• In depth knowledge of Cisco LAN, WAN, SD-WAN (CISCO Viptela highly desirable) and data center infrastructure, configuration, and operations
• In depth knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), carrier WAN and Internet offerings, cloud network services.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco LAN switching technologies including STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLANs, EtherChannel and switch stacking; proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches, implementing QoS, and managing network segmentation and redundancy.
• In depth knowledge of firewalls, Zscaler and load balancer(F5) infrastructure, configuration, and operations.

Wireless

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Cisco CCIE Wireless / Aruba Expert Level (ACMX, ACDX, ACCX) certification is desirable
• Certified Wireless Networking Professional (CWNP) and Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) is desirable
• Has thorough knowledge of WiFi network infrastructure and understanding of software defined networking.
• In depth knowledge of Wireless LAN (Cisco WLAN, Cisco ISE, Aruba WLAN, Aruba Clearpass, Aruba Central, Aruba Naas) and private 5G (eg Celona) solutions
• In depth knowledge of WiFi network infrastructure, WLAN authentication and understanding of software defined networking.

Engineers with a strong mix of the above would be ideal, however please prioritise the LAN/WAN and SD-WAN skillsets.
