Senior Network Administrator

Machint Solutions is an ambitious IT and ITES firm located in the Madhapur area of Hitech City Hyderabad. We are into the space of Hyper automation and Digital transformation with a global presence in US, UK, Vietnam and Singapore.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure & Network Administrator with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in managing network infrastructure, server backups, end-user computing (laptops/desktops), and IT asset lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a stable and secure IT environment, ensuring high availability of systems, and supporting end-user IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Network & Infrastructure Management:

• Configure, maintain, and monitor LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls.
• Ensure network uptime, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues.

Server & Backup Administration:

• Manage Windows/Linux servers (physical and virtual).
• Perform regular backups (on-prem/cloud) and restore operations.
• Monitor storage utilization and backup health reports.

Laptop/Desktop Support:

• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, software, and printer issues.
• Provide support via remote and onsite channels.

Asset Management:

• Maintain IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, servers, and peripherals.
• Track allocation, movement, and decommissioning of assets.
• Coordinate with procurement and maintain warranty/AMC records.

IT Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain technical documentation of network topology, backup schedules, and asset logs.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection guidelines.
