Job Summary:

The Senior Network Administrator will oversee the organization’s network infrastructure, ensure stable connectivity, and support critical digital platforms. This role requires strong expertise in routing, switching, troubleshooting, and enterprise system management.

Key Responsibilities:

>Provide advanced technical support to end users.

>Diagnose and troubleshoot LAN and internet connectivity issues.

>Configure and manage routing protocols including DHCP, OSPF, and BGP.

>Maintain and resolve issues related to the E-Office platform.

>Perform technical tasks and support for PIMS.

>Manage, update, and maintain the S3WaaS website.

>Handle network routing, switching, and overall network administration.

>Support and maintain the Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS).

>Troubleshoot and monitor NICSI-provided lease line connectivity.

>Manage and support all work related to E-Forms.

>9 to 12 years of professional experience in network administration or related IT infrastructure roles.
