We are now looking for a Digital Content Writer to join our team and help shape the voice of our brand across digital channels. Role Overview We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Content Writer who can develop engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content tailored for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of the IT and software services landscape and be passionate about creating content that drives engagement, builds brand authority, and supports lead generation. Key Responsibilities · Develop high-quality digital content for the website, blogs, case studies, social media, newsletters, and email campaigns. · Create compelling copy that aligns with Machint’s brand voice and marketing objectives. · Research industry trends, competitor content, and emerging technologies to produce relevant and insightful content. · Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to simplify complex concepts into clear, readable content. · Implement SEO best practices in content creation to improve search rankings and web traffic. Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, tone, and accuracy. · Update and repurpose existing content to enhance relevance and performance. · Write for external platforms such as partner sites, PR blogs, and third-party publications to increase visibility. Assist in content planning and calendar management based on marketing campaigns and product launches. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a business/technology-related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in digital content writing, preferably in IT services or tech-driven domains. Strong portfolio showcasing various types of content, especially blog posts, web content, and social media copy. Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research tools, and web traffic metrics. Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Ability to grasp complex technical topics and communicate them in a simple and engaging manner. Excellent command of English—both written and verbal. Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills · Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Grammarly, Canva, or Adobe Express. · Basic understanding of B2B marketing strategies and buyer personas. · Experience in writing for automation, AI, or enterprise platforms such as Pega or Appian is a plus.
