Key Responsibilities

Static Design

• Save the Date cards, e-invites, wardrobe planners, event itineraries
• Standee designs, key jackets, customised luggage tags, gift tags
• Catalogues, event banners, and layout designs

Motion Graphics & Video

• Save the Date videos and animated e-invites
• Wardrobe planner videos and function itinerary explainers
• Creative event video assets for social media and presentations

Brand & Event Collaterals

• Develop cohesive design language across all touchpoints
• Work closely with the planning and décor team to translate wedding themes into visual designs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer / Visual Designer (wedding/event industry experience is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both

  static and motion design work

  (Save the Date cards, e-invites, event collaterals, etc.)
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as

  Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva

  (or equivalent)
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with high attention to detail
• Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and event storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience designing for

  weddings, events, or luxury lifestyle brands

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity
• Knowledge of print production and digital design formats
