Job Description

Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for projects.
Collaborate with designers, content, and brand teams to conceptualize and execute design projects aligned with brand objectives.
Lead the creative process from storyboarding and scripting to animation and post-production, ensuring timely project delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance visual storytelling.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Mentor junior motion graphic designers to foster their skill development and creativity.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in motion graphic design or animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
Possess a strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate creative ideas effectively.
Experience with project management and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is required.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling motion graphics are essential.
