Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design Creation (Static):

• Assist in designing static creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Incorporate AI-powered tools to generate, enhance, and optimize static visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing layouts and concepts.

Motion Graphics & Video Development:

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms and advertisements.
• Assist in video editing and apply motion effects, transitions, and visual enhancements.
• Effectively incorporate AI in video creation, including animation support, video enhancement, background generation, asset creation, and workflow automation.

Branding Support:

• Ensure brand consistency across both static and motion creatives.
• Assist in developing branding assets such as logos, brochures, presentation decks, and pitch materials.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with copywriters, Account Managers, and designers to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Present concepts and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients.

Research & Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated on emerging design trends, motion techniques, and AI tools for static and video content creation.
• Research competitor visuals and innovative formats to inspire new creative approaches.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, composition, and animation principles.
• Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of using AI for static creatives and video production.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily design workflows without compromising creative quality.
• Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
