Job Description

What are we looking for

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphics Designer with 7-8 years of professional experience in creating visually compelling 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and design assets. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in storytelling through motion, product-focused animation, and high-impact visual communication for brand, marketing, and social media. He/she should be hands on with handling DSLR Camera for shooting Image and Videos for in-office interviews/events/townhalls etc

What will you do

Motion Graphic and Animation:

Conceptualize and execute 2D/3D motion graphics for videos, explainers, and product showcases
Develop animations, storyboards, visual sequences, and kinetic typography
Create logo animations, transitions, and character/object-based animations

Product Pitches and Presentation:

Create compelling product pitch videos, animated decks, and prototypes
Work with cross-functional teams to simplify complex product features visually

Social Media & Marketing Creatives:

Design short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Create reels, GIFs, teasers, UI animation snippets, campaign visuals
Optimize assets for digital ads and performance marketing

Collaboration & Creative Development:

Partner with creative, marketing, and product teams
Participate in brainstorming and contribute fresh storytelling ideas
Manage multiple projects while maintaining high visual standards

What you must have

Minimum 7-8 years of motion graphics and video editing experience, preferably with a marketing agency
Proficient in video editing tools and software - Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Knowledge of Figma & other UI tools would be a plus but not a mandatory criteria
Ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage and pace work across multiple projects, delivering projects within timelines
Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
Creative and innovative and can drive video projects end-to-end
