Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives in the ports and maritime sector.
Provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to enhance clients operational and financial performance
Conduct detailed analyses of current and projected port traffic, including cargo throughput and vessel movements.
Develop and deliver presentations and reports that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments in the ports and maritime sector.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in port operations and maritime logistics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including port authorities, shipping companies, and government agencies.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, address concerns, and align objectives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and buy-in on strategic initiatives.
