Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Merchandiser role based in Jaipur. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, analyzing market trends, and ensuring optimal product display. Daily tasks will include managing inventory, overseeing promotional activities, maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a focus on achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Retail operations
Proficiency in Marketing strategies and techniques
Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the retail industry is a plus
