Senior Member Technical Team

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer Role to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications and services. This role will involve leading a team of developers, setting technical standards, and ensuring best practices in software engineering.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, React, and Kubernetes, with hands-on experience building and deploying complex distributed systems. Python knowledge will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and development of applications and microservices using Java and React.
• Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Architecture & Design: Define technical architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices.
• Kubernetes Expertise: Manage containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines on Kubernetes clusters.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
• Code Quality & Reviews: Drive code reviews, maintain high standards of software quality, and ensure adherence to secure coding practices.
• Innovation & Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements and innovative solutions.

• Python (Advantage): Leverage Python for data processing, automation, or backend services when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 
  5+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a lead/mentorship role.
• 
  Expert-level proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices).
• 
  Strong frontend experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux, modern UI practices).
• 
  Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring).
• 
  Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• 
  Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and DevOps practices.
• 
  Good exposure to databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• 
  Python experience (preferred) for automation or backend tasks.

• 
  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

• 
  Experience with GraphQL
• 
  Familiarity with distributed caching frameworks (Redis, Memcached)

• 
  Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments
