Senior Media Buyer

This is not a role for beginners or “I’ve tried it once” applicants. We want someone who has already run and scaled offers successfully, knows how to generate real profits, and understands the direct response game inside-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and scale VSL campaigns profitably across

    Meta Ads

    and native platforms such as

    Outbrain, RevContent, MediaGo, NewsBreak

    , and more.
  • Develop fresh hooks and creative angles to beat ad fatigue and achieve breakthrough CTR and conversions.
  • Create and test

    video, image, and copy creatives

    that align with proven VSL funnels.
  • Conduct deep audience research to identify untapped segments and scale profitable demographics.
  • Optimize the

    full funnel

    —from ad creative to landing page to checkout—ensuring profitability at every stage.
  • Run

    A/B tests

    on VSLs, headlines, ad copy, creatives, and placements to maximize performance.
  • Track and optimize metrics such as

    CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV

    .
  • Ensure all campaigns stay

    compliant

    with ClickBank, Meta, and native ad network policies, especially in sensitive niches like health and finance.
  • Provide

    transparent reporting

    and actionable growth strategies on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record

    of running VSL-driven affiliate campaigns profitably on networks like ClickBank, MaxWeb, Digistore24, BuyGoods, or similar.
  • Hands-on expertise with

    Meta Ads Manager

    and at least

    two native ad platforms

    (Outbrain, RevContent, MediaGo, NewsBreak, Taboola, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of

    direct response marketing psychology

    (urgency, curiosity, emotional hooks, storytelling).
  • Familarity with

    any tracking platforms

    such as ClickFlare, Voluum, RedTrack, etc.
  • Ability to

    ideate and test new creatives

    and ad copy independently.
  • Knowledge of

    VSL compliance best practices

    .
  • Creative instinct for

    video storytelling

    and what makes a VSL convert.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new traffic sources and trends.
