Role Overview: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong CAD expertise to support the design, development, and optimization of our waste processing machines. The ideal candidate will combine mechanical engineering fundamentals with hands-on design and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative, efficient, and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for waste processing machines. Create and update detailed 2D/3D CAD models and engineering drawings. Support prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems. Work closely with R&D, production, and field teams to ensure manufacturability and performance. Conduct failure analysis and suggest design improvements. Maintain documentation and support continuous product improvement. Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). 5+ years of relevant experience (freshers with strong CAD skills may also apply). Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Creo or equivalent). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and GD&T. Hands-on problem-solving and analytical skills.
