Position 1: Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing)

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of HVAC and Plumbing design calculations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Design and sizing of HVAC systems (DX, VRF, Chilled Water) and Plumbing systems
• Preparation and review of mechanical design drawings and schematics
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and duct/piping sizing
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements
• Coordinate mechanical designs with Architectural, Electrical, and Structural teams
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and respond to RFIs
• Revise and update drawings based on client and coordination comments
• Manage documentation for authority submissions and NOC processes
• Participate in coordination meetings and support project teams with technical clarifications
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of design outputs

Position 2: Mechanical Draftsman

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of detailed HVAC and Plumbing drawings
• Duct layouts, chilled water / refrigerant piping layouts
• Water supply, drainage, and equipment layouts
• Drafting using AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit MEP is an added advantage)
• Coordinate with mechanical engineers to ensure accurate drawings
• Update drawings based on design revisions and coordination comments
• Prepare authority-compliant drawings for UAE projects

Requirements

• Qualification:
• Senior Mechanical Engineer: B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering
• Mechanical Draftsman: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in HVAC & Plumbing design/drafting
• UAE project experience is an advantage.
• Software Skills:
• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• HAP / Carrier / Elite / similar load calculation software
• Revit MEP (added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of UAE standards and authority regulations will be an advantage

(ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, UPC, NFPA as applicable)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines
• Strong coordination, communication, and technical detailing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
