The ideal candidate should have a strong background in preparing detailed architectural drawings, with a deep understanding of building codes, construction standards, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Responsibilities (Engineer):

• Preparation of structural design calculations for residential, commercial & industrial buildings.
• Structural analysis using standard software (STAAD / ETABS / SAFE / PROKON preferred)
• Preparation of structural drawings and coordination with architects & MEP teams
• Ensuring designs comply with UAE standards and authority requirements.
• Review of shop drawings, material submittals and responding to RFIs
• Working closely with project teams to deliver quality results on time
• Coordinate Structural design with Architectural and MEP teams to ensure complete and accurate design integration.
• Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and coordination comments.
• Manage documentation for authority submissions and NOC processes.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, project standards, and quality requirements.
• Support project teams with drawing-related queries and participate in coordination meetings.

Job Responsibilities (Draftsman):

• Preparation of structural drawings (foundation, framing, details, sections)
• Drafting using AutoCAD (and knowledge of Revit is an added advantage)
• Coordination with engineers to ensure accurate drawings
• Updating drawings based on design changes
• Preparing authority-compliant drafting for UAE projects

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (for Draftsman/Engineer respectively)
• Minimum 5 years of experience and above in structural design/drafting (experience in UAE projects will be an advantage).
• Software Skills: STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, PROKON, AutoCAD.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Strong communication, detailing, and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
