Job Description

Senior Researcher — Quantitative & Qualitative Studies (Hybrid | Mumbai / Bengaluru)

Experience:

Senior Researcher


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute

    Quantitative (U&A, Brand Track, CSAT, Concept Tests)

    and

    Qualitative (FGDs, IDIs, Ethnographies)

    studies.
  • Write proposals, research designs, and discussion guides/questionnaires.
  • Interpret findings and create strategic, insight-led reports.
  • Coordinate with field, data, analytics, and dashboard teams to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Present insights to clients and contribute to thought leadership and case studies.
  • Mentor and guide junior researchers in multi-sector projects.


Skills & Experience Required

  • 5+ years

    in full-service market research (agency background preferred).
  • Strong foundation in both

    Quant & Qual methodologies

    .
  • Proficiency in Excel, SPSS/Power BI/Tableau, and qualitative moderation/analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in FMCG, BFSI, Healthcare, or Tech sectors preferred.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
