Are you an experienced marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments? We are looking for dynamic professionals to lead and scale our marketing initiatives through strategic calling and offline campaigns.

Marketing Calling Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a large calling team (50–100+ agents)
• Oversee cold-calling strategy and execution to drive lead generation and conversions
• Build performance metrics, coaching frameworks, and call center SOPs
• Evaluate and manage outsourced calling partners to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate with sales and digital teams to optimize calling outcomes

Ideal Candidate:

• 5–7+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold-calling operations, and telesales leadership
• Strong leadership experience managing large teams across in-house and outsourced models
• Strategic thinker with deep operational execution skills
• Data-driven, with experience in CRM/calling tools and performance analytics

Offline Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive all offline marketing initiatives (newspapers, outdoor media, radio, etc.)
• Plan and execute BTL activations in high-footfall areas (malls, societies, markets)
• Optimize media buying, budgeting, and vendor partnerships for maximum ROI
• Collaborate with creative and digital teams for integrated campaigns
• Track campaign performance and continuously iterate for improvement

Ideal Candidate:

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in offline media planning and execution
• Proven success in managing ground activations and high-impact local campaigns
• Strong vendor network and media negotiation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage end-to-end offline campaign lifecycle
