Brainito is a global marketing and growth execution firm working with high-impact startups and businesses across the US, UK, and Middle East. We’re looking for a senior-level marketing leader who can take ownership of cross-channel strategy, execution, and client communication, especially for US-based clients in healthcare, SaaS, and services.

Role Overview

This is a high-responsibility, high-ownership role where you’ll act as the dedicated marketing head for one of our US-based clients. You’ll be responsible for both digital strategy (CRM, funnels, ads, reporting) and offline outreach coordination (physician referral campaigns, local marketing initiatives).

You will work from our Ahmedabad office, directly with the Brainito leadership team.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• 5+ years of total marketing experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the US market (B2B or B2C)
• MBA from a recognized institution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing)
• Must be able to join within 7 days
• Comfortable with 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST shift
• Full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad (No remote)

Responsibilities

• Build and manage marketing funnels across CRM, ads, and organic channels
• Lead weekly calls with international clients and stakeholders
• Execute and track physical marketing campaigns with local outreach teams
• Oversee content and creative needs in coordination with our internal team
• Deliver weekly performance reports and optimize marketing KPIs
• Own client relationship and ensure marketing goals are met on time
