Senior Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end real estate sales activities with a focus on achieving closers.
  
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and move them through the desired goals.
  
• Attend and assist walk-in clients by understanding their requirements and providing suitable property options.
  
• Coordinate with senior team members and provide support as required.
  
• Ensure the candidate falls within the age criteria of

  22 to 30 years

  for this role.
• Act as a strong deal closer by negotiating effectively and converting leads into sales.
  
• Arrange and conduct site visits for clients, ensuring they receive complete information and a smooth experience.
  
• Maintain proper documentation and update daily sales reports.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

  10:00 AM 7:00 PM

• Working Days:

  Monday to Sunday (weekly off as per company policy)
