Roles & Responsibilities Handle end-to-end real estate sales activities with a focus on achieving closers. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and move them through the desired goals. Attend and assist walk-in clients by understanding their requirements and providing suitable property options. Coordinate with senior team members and provide support as required. Ensure the candidate falls within the age criteria of 22 to 30 years for this role. Act as a strong deal closer by negotiating effectively and converting leads into sales. Arrange and conduct site visits for clients, ensuring they receive complete information and a smooth experience. Maintain proper documentation and update daily sales reports. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
