Key Responsibilities:

• Interact

  one-to-one with visiting clients

• Show residential properties

  confidently with complete project knowledge — including layout, pricing, amenities, and specifications.
• Develop and execute

  marketing strategies

  to attract and convert potential buyers.
• Coordinate with the

  sales and digital marketing teams

  to generate and nurture leads.
• Ensure

  high conversion rates

  through follow-ups, customer relationship management, and persuasive communication.
• Maintain and update

  client data, leads, and feedback

  in CRM systems.
• Handle

  walk-in clients, site visits, and marketing events

  with a customer-first attitude.
• Communicate clearly —

  basic English proficiency is a must

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience

  in

  real estate marketing or client-facing roles

  .
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills
