Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Marketing Marketing & Sales to lead and drive both online (e-commerce) and offline (field/traditional trade) marketing and sales strategies in the FMCG domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building revenue pipelines, leading regional sales teams, managing e-commerce channels, and developing strong market presence across all customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for both online and offline channels to drive revenue and market share. Set targets, KPIs, and monitor performance across all sales functions. Identify new markets, trends, and customer insights to expand the brand footprint. E-commerce & Digital Sales Manage relationships with e-commerce partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, etc.) . Optimize listings, pricing strategies, digital promotions, and inventory planning for online platforms. Work with digital marketing to drive traffic, visibility, and conversions. Field Sales / General Trade / Modern Trade: Lead territory managers and field sales reps to ensure strong outlet coverage and retail execution. Build channel partner relationships distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers. Drive in-store visibility , secondary sales, and merchandising excellence. Team Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of sales professionals, Promoters, Marketing coordinators. Coordinate with supply chain, product, marketing , and finance teams to ensure aligned execution. Reporting & Analysis Analyze sales data, trends, and ROI of campaigns. Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership and suggest actionable improvements. Key Requirements: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related field. 8+ years of relevant experience in FMCG sector with a strong blend of field and online marketing. Strong exposure to general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce operations. Excellent team leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficient in sales tools, CRM, and Excel/reporting. Preferred Qualities: Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow brands. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and regional market dynamics.. Prior experience with digital-first FMCG brands is a plus
