Senior Marketing Executive

The company group consisting of Yansons Engineering Pvt. Ltd., ERA Hydro Biotech, Parth valve & Hoses, and Flowmax Pumps, is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to enhance enquiry generation and boost market presence for all four entities. As a Senior Marketing Executive, your main responsibilities will include generating and qualifying enquiries from targeted industries, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders, conducting market research to identify trends and business opportunities, creating and delivering professional marketing materials and presentations, collaborating with sales and technical teams for effective lead conversion, representing the company at industry events and client meetings, monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics and lead generation performance, and working closely with the leadership to tailor marketing strategies for each company's specialization. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 12-15 years of marketing experience in industrial equipment, water/wastewater solutions, valves, or pump sectors, with a proven track record in enquiry generation. A strong grasp of industry technical concepts is essential for effective client communication, along with the ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills are crucial, as well as proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a diverse multi-company environment. Formal marketing qualifications are not mandatory; however, industry experience and the ability to establish credibility with clients are paramount.
