Job Description – Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹6–8 LPA

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns,

managing digital channels, coordinating offline activations, and supporting the overall

marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role ideal for a dynamic professional eager to grow in

a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Digital Marketing

o Manage company’s presence across social media platforms.

o Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).

o Track metrics, optimize campaigns, and prepare reports.

o Manage website content, SEO, and online engagement.

 Traditional Marketing

o Support ATL/BTL campaigns including events, print, and outdoor advertising.

o Coordinate vendor/agency relationships for offline marketing.

o Plan and execute on-ground activations and promotional activities.

 Brand & Content

o Create engaging marketing collateral, presentations, and content.

o Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing with business

goals.

o Support in lead generation campaigns and customer outreach.

Qualifications & Skills

 2–5 years of experience in marketing (mix of digital + traditional preferred).

 Strong knowledge of digital tools (SEO, SEM, Social Ads, Analytics).

 Exposure to offline marketing campaigns/events.

 Excellent communication and content creation skills.

 Creative thinker with analytical ability to measure campaign effectiveness.

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
