A Marketing Executive in the healthcare sector is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote the hospital's services, specialties, and brand awareness to attract patients and build strong relationships with referral sources (like doctors and clinics).

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Campaign Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns (both digital and traditional) to drive footfall, increase brand visibility, and promote hospital specialties.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, patient needs, competitor activities, and trends in the local healthcare market (across Jharkhand, as specified in your image).
• Client Relationship Management: Liaise with external partners, local physicians, and diagnostic centers (Pharma & Diagnostic centres preference noted in your ad) to secure referrals and foster strong B2B relationships.
• Promotional Activities: Plan and coordinate promotional events, health camps, workshops, seminars, and other activities to engage the community and generate leads.
• Content & Collateral: Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, press releases, and advertisements, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and ROI, reporting findings to management.
