Role & responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and brochures. Ability to craft detailed long-form content and creative copies is essential.
• Find and onboard branding/marketing agencies. Ensure smooth workflow by regularly providing necessary briefs, feedback, and materials.
• Manage the entire process of creating and implementing branding materials, developing project identities, and coordinating launch and ongoing marketing campaigns for new developments.
• Produce SEO-friendly content that improves organic search rankings and increases website traffic through relevant keywords and meta tags.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all content to maintain a cohesive brand image.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to generate timely and relevant content ideas.
• Ensure content accuracy, grammar, spelling, and style consistency. Ensure it adheres to company style guidelines.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to gather inputs and feedback for seamless content creation.
• Organise open houses, property tours, and promotional events as needed for property launches.
• Content Gap Identification: Identify content gaps and recommend new topics that align with customer needs.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a marketing manager, account manager, or content writer in real estate or similar industries.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SEO practices and content management systems (CMS).
• Ability to translate complex real estate concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Excellent project management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
