We’re looking for a Senior Executive – Marketing, a cross-functional marketer who can turn ideas into impact.

From crafting content calendars and managing social media to building influencer campaigns, handling ORM, coordinating dealer communications, and supporting brand partnerships — you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Stahl’s voice and driving engagement across every touchpoint.

This role demands a mix of creativity, ownership, and operational precision. You’ll collaborate with design, content, and PR teams to deliver marketing campaigns that are consistent, compelling, and on-brand.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Execution

● Plan and maintain a monthly social media calendar aligned with the brand’s larger content and campaign goals.

● Schedule, upload, and post content across all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn).

● Align content from main campaigns into a platform-wise SM calendar, ensuring consistency and timeliness.

● Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, saves, and follower growth using Meta dashboards.

● Share regular performance reports and insights for optimization.


Influencer Marketing & Collaboration

● Create influencer briefs and coordinate campaign execution and follow-ups.

● Build and manage influencer relationships across retainer, one-time, and regional tiers (existing + new).

● Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and content approvals.

● Collaborate with creators to produce authentic, brand-aligned content that strengthens Stahl’s digital presence.


Corporate & Internal Branding

● Manage Stahl’s corporate communication across LinkedIn and digital channels to build thought leadership.

● Work closely with leadership (Dhruv Agarwal) on founder branding and storytelling initiatives.

● Drive internal branding and employee communication campaigns to strengthen workplace culture and engagement.


Content & Copywriting

● Write, edit and review copies for social media campaigns.

● Develop compelling captions, stories, and scripts for reels, carousels, and digital content.

● Collaborate with creative and design teams to ensure content quality, tone, and consistency across all platforms.

● Support content adaptation for PR, email, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns.


Online Reputation Management (ORM)

● Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and customer interactions across social media, e-commerce, and WhatsApp.

● Respond to customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely, professional manner.

● Share actionable insights with teams to improve content, communication, and product perception.


Dealer Communication & GT Coordination

● Conduct periodic dealer visits to gather market insights and feedback.

● Manage dealer communication via WhatsApp and email, sharing new product updates, marketing creatives, and campaign materials.

● Coordinate with the GT team for on-ground activations, product trainings, and campaign rollouts.


UGC & Community Building

● Source authentic user-generated content (testimonials, reviews, and lifestyle shots) for digital use.

● Build and manage online communities on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram to strengthen customer engagement.

● Encourage repeat interaction through value-driven storytelling and product education.


PR, Media & Partnerships

● Support PR agency coordination — from brief creation to deliverable tracking and coverage monitoring.

● Maintain relationships with media outlets, freelancers, and journalists to ensure consistent brand visibility.

● Collaborate with partner brands and agencies for co-marketing, joint campaigns, and strategic alliances.
