Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote real estate plots and company projects. * Generate qualified leads through field marketing, digital platforms, events, and referrals. * Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and professional communication. * Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into successful deals. * Plan and execute promotional activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and site visits. * Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance brand presence on social media and other online platforms.
