Senior Marketing Executive

Conceptualization & execution of marketing campaigns including ATL and BTL including marketing strategy formulation, marketing mix, communication development, media planning, marketing activation, on ground activities, and other marketing innovations. Managing, planning and organizing events on relevant days along with managing the budget for advertising and promotional items and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media. Designing brief for agency and coordinating for creative. Ensuring brand guidelines adherence in all communication. Devise long-term Branding & Development strategies for the units and achieve monthly targets. Analyze data & conduct regular consumer insight & research to understand market trends. Overseeing all branding material displayed appropriately in hospital and regular updating of them. Supporting Sales team for creatives and other branding requirements. Meeting with Doctors for breakthrough cases. Work closely with PR team for local and upcountry PR Coverage. Coordination with vendor and commercial for all printing requisites & their fulfillment.
