Senior Marketing Executive (Female)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and confident female professional to join our Zirakpur branch as a Senior Marketing Executive. The role demands a proactive, flexible, and adaptive individual who can manage operations, client interactions, and support multiple functions within the branch. The candidate should be willing to break barriers, take ownership, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist BDM & other senior team members to close the sale
• Call clients based on provided data, take follow-ups, maintain client relationships, and schedule meetings.
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, tracking performance, and managing social media queries.
• Handle and provide live product demonstrations of security devices installed in the demo room for visiting clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
• Maintain client databases, update CRM records, and generate daily/weekly reports.
• Assist in organizing branch-level marketing events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
• Coordinate with technicians and service staff for the smooth execution of on-ground activities.
• Address client queries promptly and ensure a superior customer experience.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the branch office, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Act as a bridge between clients, the branch team, and the head office to ensure seamless workflow.
• Meet and maintain good relationships with architects, electrical consultants and builders.
• Assist senior management in reporting and creating sales funnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Gender Requirement: Female only.
• Education: Graduate in Marketing/Business/Communications or relevant field.
• Experience: 1–3 years preferred in marketing, client servicing, or branch operations. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage operations independently.
• Confident in handling client interactions and product demonstrations.
• Adaptive, flexible, and willing to take on diverse responsibilities.
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office and digital platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
