Job Description

Role Overview: You are being offered the opportunity to join Commvault as a Sr Marketing Automation Specialist. In this role, you will support the execution of digital and field activities in the region by managing a workspace within the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and providing services to both the global marketing automation team and theatre-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute requests from cross-functional digital marketing teams, including developing event programs, executing nurture campaigns, and implementing digital tactics. Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide insights for optimization. - Be familiar with end-to-end campaign setup, including email creation, landing page development, and form template builds. Extract data from various sources to enhance target lists. - Drive best practices in email governance and marketing automation utilization. Ensure database integrity and compliance with local data privacy regulations. - Collaborate with broader marketing teams to execute a seamless lead journey for the region. Liaise with internal clients to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations. - Schedule marketing automation program level reporting and recurring meetings with regional marketers. Troubleshoot CRM integration and data synchronization issues. - Measure list efficiency, suggest improvements based on metrics, manage the regional email calendar, and A/B test email tactics for optimization. - Utilize Power BI Databases, understand AI/ML concepts for evaluating vendor tools and automation features, and ensure ethical use of AI in operations. - Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign performance, apply AI-driven insights for decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities for efficiency. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing organization. - Experience with Marketing campaigns, preferably from a database marketing or marketing operations perspective. - 5+ years of experience using a Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo Certified Expert preferred). - Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS, CRM experience with SalesForce, and SFDC dashboards. - Strong analytical, reporting, and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate best practices effectively. - Self-motivated professional with the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Experienced with Power BI dashboard creation, willingness to learn and adapt to evolving AI technologies, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
