Job Summary:

seasoned and dynamic Senior Marketing & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement
strategic marketing and branding plans
aligned with business goals
Manage and drive
end-to-end sales cycles
to meet revenue targets
Conduct
market research
to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Represent the company in
client meetings, presentations, and networking events
Design and execute
campaigns
using tools like
Canva, Pardot
, and other digital marketing platforms
Maintain and optimize the use of
CRM systems
for lead tracking, customer segmentation, and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing strategy, and pitch presentations
Continuously improve marketing processes and identify new tools and technologies to enhance productivity

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
7–10 years of proven experience in
sales, marketing, and branding
roles
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, techniques, and trends
Proficiency in
Canva, Pardot
, and other relevant
marketing automation tools
Hands-on experience with
CRM systems
(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
Exceptional
interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Presentable, well-groomed, and confident in handling
client-facing roles

Preferred Attributes:

Energetic, proactive, and self-driven
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events
Must be comfortable working in UK time zone
