Senior Manager/AD - Partnership and Alliances

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at EnKash, you will play a pivotal role in expanding EnKash's footprint across the fintech ecosystem. Your main responsibility will be to drive strategic partnerships and alliances to unlock new market opportunities and foster collaborative growth. This involves creating and scaling alliances with aggregators, enterprise platforms, and merchant networks to open new business channels and reach new customer segments. - Develop and drive strategic partnerships with corporates, aggregators, and merchant networks. - Lead the entire lifecycle of partnerships, from identification to pitching, onboarding, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing success. - Collaborate with internal teams such as product, sales, marketing, credit, and legal to deliver partner-specific solutions. - Track industry developments and emerging fintech trends to refine partnership strategies. - Drive top-line growth by acquiring high-impact partners and ensuring strong, value-driven engagement post-onboarding. You should have: - 6-8 years of experience in fintech or B2B partnerships. - Proven ability to initiate, close, and scale alliances with measurable impact. - Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. - MBA preferred.
