Job Description

About the Role:

GeeksforGeeks is hiring a Senior Manager to lead and scale our placement ecosystem, industry collaborations, hiring partner network, and student employment outcomes.

This role requires someone with strong experience in corporate tie-ups, campus placements, B2B partnerships, talent acquisition sales, or corporate relations.


You will drive corporate outreach, manage key accounts, build hiring pipelines, and lead a team to ensure maximum placements for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Partnerships & Growth

  • Acquire new hiring partners and expand existing recruitment relationships.
  • Build partnerships with IT companies, product companies, startups, MNCs, and consulting firms.
  • Identify hiring trends, market demands, and new opportunities for placements.
  • Represent GeeksforGeeks in corporate meetings, industry events, conferences, and hiring summits.

Placement & Recruitment Strategy

  • Drive end-to-end placement processes, ensuring strong hiring pipelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CHROs, TA Heads, HR Managers, Founders, and CXOs.
  • Understand partner requirements and provide custom recruitment solutions.

Stakeholder & Key Account Management

  • Manage key corporate accounts with structured engagement plans.
  • Ensure regular communication and timely updates to partners and internal teams.
  • Support junior team members in client coordination and candidate pipeline management.

Team Leadership & Process Optimization

  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior placement & acquisition team members.
  • Set best practices, streamline processes, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Measure placement performance, ROI of drives, and student outcomes.

Operational & Strategic Responsibilities

  • Work closely with

    training, academic, and product teams

    to align placements with curriculum.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on placements & partnerships.
  • Ensure smooth execution of recruitment drives, audits, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree;

    MBA is preferred

  • 5-10 years of experience in

    corporate relations / campus placements / B2B partnerships / TA sales

    .
  • Strong network with hiring partners across industries.
  • Experience managing teams and handling senior stakeholders (CXO / CHRO / TA Heads).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, reporting dashboards.
