Job Description

Senior Manager Treasury (Global Operations)

Treasury, Finance, Operations, Technology teams, and external banking partners

Key Requirements

Master’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, or a related field
; professional certifications (CTP, CFA, CA, CPA) preferred
10–15 years of experience
in treasury, cash management, or financial operations within a global financial institution or asset management environment
Demonstrated experience
leading teams
and managing
global operations or transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of
treasury processes, accounting fundamentals, and risk controls
Hands-on experience with
treasury systems and tools
such as
S4Hana, Coupa, Workiva, Hazeltree, Smartsheet, and advanced Excel
Proven track record of delivering
process improvements, automation, or system integrations
Excellent
communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
, with the ability to influence senior leadership
