NOMURA CAPITAL (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for OPSSS / Settlements to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations for seamless settlements processing.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance overall performance.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to junior staff members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
