Job Description

As a member of growing Treasury team in India, primarily you would be responsible for: -

  1. Compiling and consolidating corporate and business-wide balances.
  2. Conducting payment compliance reviews.
  3. Reviewing and coordinating account opening and closure requests.
  4. Managing mandates for banking operations.
  5. Facilitating documentation for banking arrangements.
  6. Managing and reviewing user access and permissions for banking portals.
  7. Troubleshooting user access issues like password resets, unlock/reset access, token reset etc
  8. Coordinating KYC requests and responding to general queries from banks.
  9. Assisting with audit requests as needed.
  10. Participating in Treasury-related projects, including system implementations and process improvements.
  11. Coordinating with banks to resolve any issues/updates which needs their intervention.
  12. Creating/updating SOPs as per process requirement.
  13. Communicating with multiple stakeholders regularly, including Banks.
  14. Complying with any updates/transition made to the Bank to new platform. Ensure seamless transition and business continuity.
  15. Working on ad-hoc treasury requests, projects and reporting tasks.

This position is based out of Mohal/Bangalore. The ideal candidate is a positive-minded team player who enjoys collaborating with both internal and external parties. Will be required to work in EU hours to reflect business needs.

Experience required-

  • 12-15 years Treasury/Banking/Mid Office banking experience.

Required Qualification & Soft Skills-

  • Bachelors degree with professional certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Europe Treasury Operations is preferred.
  • High level organization, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root-cause analysis/troubleshooting.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and ability to navigate through financial/Treasury Management systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with upper-level management and external/internal groups.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated
  • Can work with no/minimal supervision
