Job Description

1. Training Strategy & Execution

Design and implement training programs alligned with business goals and operational needs.
Drive compliance on training mandays, role deployment certifications, and onboarding effectiveness.
Lead initiatives like Learning Fridays and SOP standardization across stores.

2. Talent Development

Build internal talent pipelines by enabling career progression from frontline to managerial roles.
Oversee panel-based hiring and structured onboarding for new hires.
Monitor and improve first-attempt training clearance rates and readiness for promotions.

3. Digital Learning & LMS Optimization

Enhance LMS usage and content quality; eliminate manual tracking dependencies.
Roll out dashboards and self-learning modules to improve accessibility and engagement.
Collaborate with tech partners to ensure timely customization and deployment.

4. Customer Experience & Product Training

Ensure training readiness for new product launches with a 90-day handholding plan.
Improve GSR training and service orientation through innovative methods like audio feedback.
Benchmark and improve dine-in service experience across stores.

5. Governance & Review Mechanisms

Establish monthly review structures with operations to track training impact.
Conduct regular audits and close gaps through structured interventions.

Qualifications

8-12 years of work experience in consumer first organizations with large frontline base
Post Graduation (preferred, not mandatory)
Must be a people leader of a distributed team (preferably 20+)
