Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Talent Excellence team in an international setting. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on talent selection.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors for successful placements.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising teams or projects.
