Qualification - Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.

Responsibilities:

Profile Summary:
A strategic and results-driven senior supply chain leader with over 8 years of comprehensive experience in logistics, warehouse operations, factory coordination, and procurement. Specialized in managing end-to-end supply chain functions for a D2C baby products company, including B2B, B2C, and FTL logistics. Expert in procurement aligned with warehouse stock levels and factory raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production and timely delivery.

Key Skills Competencies:

Strategic oversight of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and procurement operations.
Expertise in demand forecasting, procurement planning, and inventory management tailored to warehouse and factory needs.
Proficiency in ERP, WMS, TMS systems with strong data analytics and reporting skills.
Vendor relationship management including procurement negotiations, contract management, and 3PL coordination.
Strong compliance knowledge related to baby products and supply chain regulations.
Leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
Cost control, risk management, and continuous process improvement.

Typical Responsibilities:

Logistics Supply Chain:
Lead logistics planning and execution for B2B, B2C, and FTL shipments ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality assurance.
Coordinate factory inbound logistics for raw materials and outbound logistics for finished goods.
Procurement Buying:
Manage procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, and other supplies based on warehouse inventory levels and factory production plans.
Collaborate with warehouse and factory teams to forecast material requirements and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Implement procurement policies and ensure compliance with budgeting and audit requirements.
Team Vendor Management:
Lead and mentor the logistics and procurement teams, driving performance and efficiency.
Manage relationships with transporters, 3PLs, warehouse service providers, and suppliers.
Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and ensure continuous improvement initiatives.
Systems Reporting:
Utilize ERP and supply chain management software to track inventory, procurement, and logistics metrics.
Generate regular reports and dashboards for senior management on supply chain health, costs, and risks.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and procurement, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or baby care industries.
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Proven leadership and negotiation skills with a track record of managing complex supply chains and procurement processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
