Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Engineering
Experience in Steel, Iron, cement industries preferred ( candidate not from food or pharma industry )
3 to 4 years of experience in procurement, material planning, or supply chain operations
Good Communication Skills

Key Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis

Experience in Tally for inventory and purchase accounting will be preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, and order management).
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers for quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels, ensure optimal stock availability, and minimize excess or obsolete materials.
Oversee procurement planning, purchase order processing, and material flow to meet project timelines.
Collaborate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to align supply with demand.
Analyze data to forecast demand and identify process improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
